secon finger print notice within 15 days

Hi

pd oct 2003

concurrent 140 &485 mailed on 28thjune 2007 .reached on 28th

receive receipts.

service center nebraska

1st FP date 8/28

2nd FP date 9/14. both code 3

FP notice in 15 days .we took the FP yesterday reached home found one more on mail.What does this mean ?did anybody else got like this

Hi

I had the same situation. I got a 2nd FP notice a day after I completed my FP. My guess is that I changed my home address. Due to which I did not recieve my first FP notice home but at my Attorney's office. I am guessing that the notice they sent me home mite have gone back to them. So they resent it to me rescheduling me. Besides the 2nd notice is dated before I went in for my first FP.

Just wondering if you had a chance to talk to INS.

any inputs will be greatly appreciated.

we also had similar situation change of address.We did talk to out attorney to go for this FP or not and also talked to Nebraska service center 2 or 3 times and each time they gave different views like we have o go or need not go.Any way we decided to go for the second FP on 14th sep.
24th sep card ordered EAD
27th sep approvel notice sent

Interestingly!.. my EAD card was ordered the day after my first FP.
I am not even sure if the FP and EADs are related.
My case also is with the Nebraska center
