Seattle DO Interview and Oath question - Name Change

Hi all "Satellites" :)

From the experiences of others, I understand that the Oath can be taken the same day as the interview.

I have name change in my N-400.

Any idea what the process will be? Will/Can I have the oath the same day? Or do I need to go to court first and then attend the Oath on a different day?
 
No, you will have to go to a judicial oath. It will be scheduled after the interview day, if everything goes smoothly in the interview.
