Screwed by TSC - still waiting for AP

My Ap was approved on dec 13th (nd 5/15), and as of dec 26th, I don't have the papers. This is ridiculous!!
We tried several sources to get a duplicate copy of the approvals so we can board a plane to India 'cos of a death in the family.
Our friends at tsc are heartless and simply don't care. They want me to wait 30 days to see if we get the mail before making an enquiry. god save us!

Very sorry to hear this. Hopefully you will get it very soon. Please keep check with your attorney, beacuse AP papers will go to attorney only.

Sorry to here that. May be because of holidays and high volume of mails, your papers are taking time to reach you. You could have just boarded the plane and left. I think it is matter of time. One thing is GC is not valuable than family members (in my opinion).
 
lesson about expedited requests

just spoke to my friend - a legal assistant, she tells me to NEVER ask for an expedited request WITHOUT furnishing expedited delivery info (feded acct number etc) if you need your papers badly.

my brilliant attorney i bet didn't do it right. now i have to figure out as to how i get him to pay for my losses - at least the financial part (to be caused for cancellation of tickets).
