any one knows a good association, with restricted membership.

Any association where you don't have to pay for your membership but where you were elected/chosen because of your accomplishments

ACP is only for doctors of medicine or related.

i am interested in something related to Ph.D in biology related.

membership fee does not matter. but they should have some review process of member's application before accepting them.

most of the associations just take fee and you are a member.

i was aiming for the EB1-membership to scholorly associations type requirement.

Sorry, I am not of much help then.

These societies usually have websites, so Google search might help to find something. Most of them are not restrictive at all, but some may apply more or less restrictive membership requirements along with a fee requirement.
Look specifically for a society Bylaws that state who may become a member.

The best of luck!

dear prasad

any society where they dont invite you to be a member is not going to wash with the service center. imho
