School leaving certificate for AOS

Folks,

Where do you get this, my school (high school) leaving
certificate is in Hindi. Though the date of birth is written in
english. Wonder how many documents INS jokers need.
I have already provided birth affidavits now they need
school leaving cerificate and a letter from a local government
office stating that no record of birth is available. Feel like
telling the AHs keep the GC up your ass I do not need this
POS gc.

1. Certificate of nonavailability is generally required with affidavits for birth (if official birth certificate is not available)
2. Certificate in Hindi is fine. Just get it translated english from any person who can certify (at the bottom of the translation) that he/she knows hindi and english and above translation is correct to the best of his knowledge... something like this.
