I need your Help/comments at the earliest.
My wife is a primary applicant and Registered Nurse under scheduled "A" category. We applied in October 2003 icluding my son , I140 & I485 employement based for my wife and Status adjustmet (I485) for me and my Son. My wife and son GC approved in Nov 2004, but mine is still pending. USCIS told me that they were waiting for my name check. On March 27, 2006 the FBI informed to our Congressman through email that my name check is cleared and sending to USCIS. Then i am keep contacting to USCIS customer service, some times they are telling waiting for security check,Some times No VISA available(Which is not true for my case) and some times they are telling everything is cleared and your file is under review process.
Can you please provide me your ideas, how to send a letter to USCIS to expedite my file?
