Schedule on uscis.gov Website

I see the processing schedule on the website for NIW I-140 have never changed for at least a month as May 1, 2005.
But I saw somebody's information about his/her approval of NIW I-140 which sent at someday of July.

Is the processing schedule on the website incorrect?

Well, Must say never trust dates completely.
It has got standard deviation of several months on both side.
When NSC was screening late 2004 cases for Eb1-OR and NIW it was displayed as JUNE 2003. It was frustrating to see that all the time. Now a days its slightly better (date wise ) atleast variation is not that much. Even if they say May 2005 and screen applications of july 2005...its good! at least they are not behind!!!!!...We rely a lot on luck on immigration issues.......

The latest processing dates (Sep 6, 2005) were published on some other sites 15 days ago....which means INS is late in infomrtaion about publishing dates too....
