can you please crunch some number about schedule A workers affecting the visa number for India.

I am scared shit that for all category india there is no hopes for next two years(assuming that some of nurses have a master degree).

they will eat up all visa for india 2006, and maybe in 2007 also.
 
Schedule A, Group II

Since Schedule A is current, is it also curent for Schedule A, Group II includes aliens of exceptional ability in the sciences and arts (except performing arts)?

And who are these people? Are they professors and researchers? I am wondering if I can apply for this.

I've been trying to find info on this from my atty. But haven't been successful. I am grateful to Gurus on this forum who can let me me know their views.
 
just got some info from my friend, he says that there are not many nurses from india present in usa yet, so my fear that 30k of immigrant india visa numbers will be taken by them, is not right.

thats a good news, we can see the pd cutoff do some movement next year..

I have said several time in the different forums who nurses are.
They are not low level medical personel who are taking care of the patients garbage (I said very softly). They are professionals who has at least bachelors degree and each of them some time can replace doctor in case of emergency, they have authorization to do it based on their qualification.

Each certified nurse makes at least 150,000$ IN ANY REGION of US does not mater Iowa or Bay Araea California(check salary.com). I belive that some of them have masters degree. You can consider them as doctors. At the particular moment goverment apreciate them higher them professors.
