Scared decision on I-485

I read rb19 details for his I-485 denied..

Gurus, can you please reply for my question with your experience or guess....

1. Does H1B split decision causes to deny I-485 application (i.e Split decision means approving new H1B, but denied extension(I-94)) ?

2. What will be the status if the case is like this ....
Filed MTR on deniel H1B extension with USCIS, but meanwhile went out of country and gets new Visa (on same H1B) and re entered with new Visa. Still MTR is in pending stage.

3. I heard getting new Visa restarts all the status and void old status if there is any illegal. Is it right ?

Split decision requires you to go out US and comeback with new I-94. Once you do that you are fine. USCIS check the status only of the last valid entry.
If you did not go out of US it may create problem.

I saw your reply to rb19 on his I-485 deniel...

Why USCIS has denied his 485 even though he maintained status all the time (I believe so)... Also rb19 mentioned specifically, becaz of split decision USCIS has been denied his 485....
