I have a question. please reply me if possible because it's my mom.
like my mom had GC & she regularly came US. on 2017 she exit US & can't back for her sickness after that her GC expired. she had to take care my older father. some days ago my father die beside, now she is well & alone so want to back US. most of my family members live in US.
so my question is like what should I do now: either apply for SB1 OR apply for her as new ?
( if SB1 is denied so it will have any impact on her new application. )
