Looks like dma_va is back from vacation with an approval.

Yes, that's the first thing I did today morning. I landed at home at 9PM and found the mail with the courtsey letters.

I found myself duty bound to update with this new info. This is the least I can contribute to keep our knowledge and experiences that might help other people.
