Well RD:1/24/02,ND:2/7/02[EAC-02-105 Series],1st FP:3/24/02[Scheduled:4/12/02 and If I had gone by Scheduled date would have avoided 2nd FP and would have got approved].
2nd FP Scheduled[7/31/03, did early on 7/12/03]
