Saturday passport stamping?

Starting March 24th , San Jose INS Office at Monterrey Road is open 7 AM - 11 AM, maybe will be able to service only 50 people
or so. But it is open

I thought the Saturday opening was only an experiment. It was
only on that particular Saturday. They have no manpower and
resources to do this every Saturday. Can someone please confirm
it?

San Jose office is not operating on Saturday even though their web site says so.. But I heard they will be working on Apr 28th (M But please confirm)
