Hi,
I will be going to get a interim EAD at San Jose office since my renewal is still not approves with reciept date of aug 4th.

Can someone please answer some questions?

1. Which form do I need to fill out?
2. Do I need the photographs?
3. what documents should I carry with me?
4. Are there any question that I might expect?
