Folks,

Does somebody filed a N400 in San Jose lately?

How long time, it takes to get to the FP?

And how long time does all the process takes?

Cheers

Hi,

I know your questions are serious, and I am sure someone will give you a good answer. However, I could not resist a little chuckle when I read it. It seems a little of an oxymoron. Here, you ask someone who has filed lately for the information. I know your questions are in different sentences and it is not clear you implied the recent filers will give you the answers to all 3 of them. Anyway, a recent filer would be on your same boat not knowing this information, as it is difficult to predict the future. You're probably more interested in asking people who have recently done fingerprints or oath.

USCIS has a processing times page where you can check the times for San Jose, I think about a year or so for the whole process. Again, with INS/BCIS/USCIS past performance is no guarantee at all of future performace. Said this, USCIS has a goal of processing naturalization cases within 6 months, some other offices have already reached this goal. I don't think San Jose is close to reach this yet.

My 2 cents.
