San Jose interview with an infant

All,

We are going to our interview this friday with an infant.
Will someone describe the interview place a bit & how long it takes?
Because of H1N1 we are a bit worried that the place may be crowded which increases the risk. Interview is on monterey road office.

It may be different from DO to DO. But as I see it from one DO, USCIS nowadays are very idle and is not crowded.
