San Jose FP done before 3/19 and message still " 975..999" days ?

Please post here if you have done FP 3/19 at san jose and still getting the
AVM message " received...485..still tkaing 975...999 days"

I did around the same time and I still get 975-999 days.. probably don\'t have to worry.
 
Same here. Did anyones AVM change after FP in San Jose ?

FP done 4/12. My AVM has never been updated. Even when I received the FP notice it said the same "application received on .." and didn\'t say "FP notice sent .. " and even now after FP its the same old messg.

San Jose FP Center, RD: Sept4, ND: Sept24

FP Notice Received: March 8
FP Done: March 9 or 10 (cannot remember)

No change in AVM

called IIO today.
she said that they received the FP results on 3/20 and that they were good.

she also informed me that they are processing April 2001 cases right now and that I will have to wait. (My RD is Sep 2001)
 
So all of us are in the same boat! I saw some posts that said that AVM never

changed until approval. I guess we just have to wait it out. CSC seems to be at WAC-275+ or so mine is 02-035 ...I am out on vacation from next week...hope to come back to good news. BTW my lawyer said to expect October approvals from Mid june to mid july...for whatever it is worth.
 
I did FP on 04/09 AVM has not changed

Looks like the AVM is not getting update, hope they are continuing the process
 
FPs were recd. & sent back by FBI

I called the FBI: (304) 625-5590, option #4. With the A# they confirmed that my FPs were recd. on 3/11/02 and returned to INS on 3/11/02. I did the FP on 3/09/02.

The AVM message still says 975...999 days

Now its upto CSC to act...
