They didn't gave me any letter but ask me more documents (that immigration officer was in so much hurry to goto his lunch that I keep telling him that I have all document you asking here with me but he didn't even take look at that.). So now do I have to wait how long that's the question...

If i were you patel I would not leave the office without either showing his lazy ass the documents or talking to his supervisor. The reason that guy is there is to help you and others like you. N400 Filed in Nov 2004, got interview for May 2005 in Oakland but my I-751 has not been removed yet. Anyone in similar situation.
Interview in Oakland.
I heard that sometimes both I-751 and N400 are adjudicated together, is that true?
If so, does Oakland CA adjudicate I-751 too?

You can't be naturalized before conditions removal
My friend has been through the same situation as yours, his lawyer told him that he can NOT apply for naturalization before the removal of conditions get approved. I mean that makes sense, you are not permanent resident formally yet. Your application is not approved yet , so you are not qualified for citizenship as of this moment. Once the application is approved , then you are qualified. That's not true, the lawyer is definitely wrong. There is a memo issued by INS clearly state that a Conditional Permanent Resident may file for Citizenship provided the person meets the time of either 3 years with spouse or 5 years without spouse. For me it is 5 years without spouse. But my i-751 has not been processed yet.

Conditional Residents May Seek Naturalization While I-751 is Pending

A spouse of a US citizen normally obtains conditional residency for a 2-year period if the green card was issued within two years of the marriage. During the 90-day period prior to the expiration of the conditional residency period, the US citizen spouse and foreign spouse have to apply for removal of the conditions on residence by filing a Form I-751 petition.
It usually takes about two years for the Immigration and Naturalization Service Vermont Service Center (INS VSC) to approve the I-751. In the meantime, the spouse of the US citizen is reluctant to apply for naturalization although he or she is eligible to file for such an application two years nine months after the initial grant of the lawful permanent status. Due to the enormous delays in processing the I-751, the foreign spouse loses time for purposes of filing a naturalization application.
In a recent exchange of correspondence, Paul E. Novak, Jr., Director of the INS VSC, advised that it is permissible for a conditional resident to apply for naturalization while a Form I-751 application is pending with the INS VSC. Mr. Novak was responding to an inquiry from a New York attorney.
As a result, conditional resident spouses can apply when they become eligible for citizenship, which is 2 years and 9 months from the date of receiving the conditional residency. This is the case even if the I-751 application remains pending.
What if the spouse’s naturalization interview comes up before the I-751 application is approved?
Based on Mr. Novak’s statement, the citizenship application cannot be denied on the basis that the I-751 is pending. It is most likely that the naturalization officer will put the application in abeyance until the I-751 application is approved. Conditional resident spouses can therefore apply for citizenship in a timely manner, and hopefully have their I-751 applications approved before the citizenship interview.

Lawyer some times are very stupid. I faced the same cituation. The Lawyer told me not to apply, and Customer Service at the the DO told me the same. But I called the 800 numbers and asked, they told yes I can apply. With more research I discovered that the natuarlization officer has authority to remove the condition during citizenship interview (in case it was not removed before).
So go ahead and I apply, I was there and I know. I did my n400 interview last month. Luckly my condition removal interview was a month before. But I sent my n400 before knowing that they will sechadule my condition removal interview in Dec.

Nothing yet... I am still waiting the oath letter. I will miss 16th of March Oath in Houston. I hope I will catch April or May oaths.
