- I'm married to a US citizen in US (not in India). At that time I was on H1.
- I send my Application in December 2003.
- I got my EAD in Feb 2004 and attended 1st interview in June 2004
- I even attended my second interview in July 2005.
- I attended 2 Fingre prints sessions
- I applied 2 times for EAD also.

But Still I don't know the status of my Green card. Is any one in the sme situation? Or Any one got Greencard who applied in Dec 2003? Please respond

I mailed my AOS package based on marriage to USC in December 2003, got my NOA on Dec 31, had my interview in july... Got my conditional GC in August 2003. My DO is also San Francisco.
Is yours still pending, or what? What's up with the delay? You should sue those f...ers, this is bad.

I visited their office almost 50 times. They are not even providing any details. :( One time they said that my case is pending at FBI. I called FBI. FBI cleared my case in single day.

Hm, if it's cleared then why the hell they are delaying your approval? My advice to you - sue them! You don't even need a lawyer to do so. You'll get your GC in no time!
There's a great thread at this forum started by Publicus, check it out, it is most helpful.
