San Francisco - Decision cannot be made - Case doesn't move

Hello,

We had our US Citizenship interview on 7/19/2011 and passed. IO cannot make decision since our LPR hasn't completed 5 years.

8/1/2011 we are eligible and my case moved to Oath Ceremany, whereas my wife case hasn't move to next phase.

Anybody similar situation and what are my options ? Phone Call or Appointment?

Appreciate your advice on this..

Just wait a while. If you were eligible only 3-4 days back, it is too early to worry about it. Some IOs process may process such HOLD cases at a different pace than others. It might just be a question of status update and so on. You can always call USCIS and check, but I think you should wait another 2 weeks before calling.
 
Called on 4th August and they told me to wait for 90 days.
On 5th August I see the case is started moving.

Not sure is this due to my call or IO started processing the case.
