Hello, I'm re-applying in EB2 while my EB-3 case (2003 PD) is still pending. My attorney asked me to prepare business necessity letter for the job position as Database Administrator. Does anyone have filed EB-2 case as database administrator and can provide the sample of the letter they used? TIA.
