Sample letter draft required to initiate the status enquiry to USCIS through Senetors

Hi Gurus,

Can some one publish a draft copy of a letter sent to Senetors to initiate an enquiry to USCIS for I-485 status? This will be very helpful to one of my friend who's 485 is struct in the "security check" for more than 3 months after visa numbers available.
