Hi Guys,
I got laid off after completing 180 days, I am going to join a company which is contrat to hire position for 3-4 months. So in case Employemnt letter RFE comes,can this letter be fine with INS.

The Letter is to certify that "MR ABC" is employed with "ABC Company Name" and working at 'XYZ Company" on a Fulltime W-2 basis as a Software Engineer since 4th Nov and is compensated at the rate of "$00000.00" on a Annual basis and works 40 hours per week and is Responsible for Performing the Following Duties .
