Sample employement letter for interview

Hi Guys,
I have recently recieved an interview letter. My interview letter ask for employment letter listing rate of pay, duties, hours per week and length of employment.

I am still working for the same employer who filed my GC. My case was transferred to local office for interview without any RFE.

Please can someone provide a sample letter.

find out your employment letter for LC. make a min. change on your pay rate and employment length. maybe add a word like "continue hiring you". then you will be fine.
 
continues to hire must in emp letter ?

Is it must to have "continues to offer" in employment letter?
