Hi Guys,

Did some search on this forum and google regarding the DS-156 and DS157 forms. I have found a sample of these forms on this site USEmbassy Seoul Site They have actual form and if you scroll down they have a Sample form for both DS-156, DS157.

I want experts like Ginnu/Jaxen to see if these samples can help others who are filling forms for revalidation of visa.

H4 QUESTION.. PLEASE REPLY!- please help her!

MY FRIEND WIFE SHE IS BASICALLY bangalore and she got a appointment at delhi consulate next month febuary 2005 for h4 visa but chennai she needs to wait for april 2005..

is there any problem for delhi IF SHE IS APPER FOR H4 VISA..they will reject ?

PLEASE TRY TO HELP HER becasue she got appointment 1 st febuary 2005..

my friend is here because he came back after his marriage but his wife is going alone for h4 stampoing..

please help her if you can..

Does the Delhi consulate know that the resident falls under Chennai consulate? If so and still they have given the appointment, then it should/would not be the reason for H4 denail.

you know any one got a visa from delhis consulate from chennai consular distric

I'm not familiar with the ttvisa website. But if it's a Chennai consulate site which gave you the appt. to Delhi consulate than what I said above would still hold true.

I don't know of anyone in similar situation.
