I had a RFE for Educational Evaluation in Sept 2001 and we replied back with it in DEC 2001. The Response was received and updated on Jan 4 th. Then they sent out the exact same RFE again on Jan 8th. I have no clue why they sent the same RFE again. Anyone who had the same problem? Anyone has any ideas what can be done. Please help.

My attorney called and spoke but they told what they see on their computer which we already know i.e earlier Query sent,received response and another query went out. Nothing else. The officer said that he has heard of such complaints earlier and said just send your response.
Is there any way that my attorney can speak to the officer who is dealing with my case ?
