This is third time that I am getting same RFE and still nothing happen. It’s so frustrating. Don't they have some kind of database where they can see what kind of RFE has been issues/received and so on?
RFE is regarding Special Registration
First they issued "SR" RFE for my EAD in march which took them about 180 days to approve, then they issued same RFE for I-485 on July 2004, and it was acknowledged by TCS on August 2004, then they called my Attorney and unfortunately she was not in her office so she could not speak to them. Now they issued same RFE for my AP, which I filed on 12/03/03 (yes almost 10 months now). They transferred my AP to local office on June 18th and then back to TSC on September 7, 2004. Today my attorney told me that she ahs received same RFE for my AP. I am so much frustrated. They suppose to approve my I-485 but still keep on issuing RFE for AP.

Filed on 12/03/03
Transferred to local office (Atlanta) on June 18, 2004
