Same Job title and req, is the wage req diffrent?

Hi all,

I am preparing RIR/EB3 for LC.
I have done the ads and interview process.
the job requires master's degree with 1 year experience(pre or post master's degree exp).
I am filling ETA 750 forms right now.
Now I am planning to file I-140 under EB2 in the future.
Does that affect my current prepareing process for LC?
Especially about wage requirement.
is the wage requirement different for LC/EB2 and LC/EB3 even job requirement is same ?
