I came to US in 2008 on my H4 and went to India in 2010 for couple of months and I got a new I-94 at the port of entry while coming to the US. After that I had to apply for my change of status from H4 to H1. And that has been applied with the old H4 I94 number. I am now applying for my H1 transfer and was wondering if I will have any issues with the transfer, or while applying my GC or when I travel? Your suggestions are highly appreciated. Thanks.
