Hello All,
After completing my master's i have joined my current company and been here since then.
I hired a lawyer for the GC process and he informs me that only way for me to get labor certified would be do it for a future promotion job, as this way i will be able to use the experience i currently have acquired, otherwise my chances of clearing labor is pretty slim(with just master's and no experience).
Can anybody share some information they might have on this issue. Is the lawyer giving me the correct information? I have seen many of my friends join a company and stay there till they get their GC.
My current employer is not agreeing for the promotion job as the prevailing wage is too high
Please Help.
