Same Day EAD at Arlington????

Anybody knows if the Arlington center has same day EAD approval.

I have already applied for my EAD renewal at VSC but nothin yet, and my office follows rules to the dot. If i dont get my EAD by Jan 6th, i am on administrative leave which i dont want to go on.

Can i still apply at Arlington if they allow even though i have already applied to VSC. I am pretty tensed up.

Arlington does not issue EAD in the same day. You can go to Arlington if your EAD RD is more than 90 days.

In my case, i went to Arlington at exactly 90 days for interim EAD but they did not give it to me. Then i went to Norfolk INS and i got the interim EAD in the same day. You can try to Norfolk INS.

About EAD renewal

Can we go to other local ins office to get interim EAD.(Means diieferent local ins office not mentioned for my address)?
Will affect the processing the GC?
For interim ead ,do we need to pay $120 fee again?
If so can we pay by personal check?
