Same company, different office

Hi,

I am working in an IT company in Silver Spring, MD with H1B. Management want to me move to the other office of the company in Orange County, CA.

I will be still in same company but in a different state office.

Do I need to do anything about my H1B or immigration status just because of changing office/state?

Yes your employer should re-file H-1B in order to reflect the wages in Orange County, CA. of course, some exceptions exist to this requirement.
