Samba\'s case has been approved on Sept. 05.

Last Night AVM still played the old message, this monring, after saw the previous message,
I jump to my phone and re-dial 2 min, and luckly get through , check AVM
and know mine and my wife case are all approved on 9-05-01.
Then wait more than 10 min after hit "0", II confirmed both approvals.
9-05 is our luck day, my I-140 was also approved on Sept. 05 last year.
Called IIO up to N times, due to receipt notice lost, get second FP, etc....... Hope not to call them again.
Thanks everybody here. I used to maintain the I-140 tracking list at sth like I140 and i485.homepage.com
last year.
Here is my detail:
EB1, PD: 05-2000, rd: 9-27-00, nd: 10-31-00, fp: 2-01, ad: 9-05-01; EAC:010245... No REF
