Salary Wage Question Here

Hi All,
Let me first thank all of you for all the good work on this board, this has been my primary source of information and support over the years. I am approved last month. :)
I happened to come across my old labor documents and realize my wage is 5K under the prevailing wage, and some 15K less than the wage on labor. (EB2 master Connecticut Fairfield)
My questions are:
1. What exactly is this prev_wage and wage on labor, is the employer in anyway obligated to fulfill their pledge?
2. I understand the 6month-1year duty on my side. Does the wage issue alleviate me of this requirement?
Your inputs are greatly appreciated.

Thanks.

Well, I did some research myself, so here it goes:
The salary on labor is only the "intention" of the employer to pay. However the intention is NOT enforceable. Therefore the 6 months minimum service commitment stands.
