hI , I am on TN Visa working in Texas in a manufacturing company for the past three years as a Quality Engineer. (Master degree in Industrial Engineering)
As my company is willing to sponsor me for GC , and H-1 but they have a condition
In order to Avoid the salary Increase which is 50 K at the moment,
i have been told to find a profession/Occupation under my Qualification (Industrial Engineer) so it should meet salary requirements for PERM & H-1 requirements and also not going to increase the 50 K mark.
I am confused at the moment and need some help, cause i fall under EB-2, but at the same time i need a occupation under my qualification that will satisfy the salary requirements for my company as well as PERM/Labor H-1
as it is restricted to 50 K.
