Hi,
I am thinking of changing job and invoking AC21. I have few questions related to salary.
I am using subsitute Labour. When Labour was filled, salary stated in was X.
At present, I am getting 1.25 X from the company who filled for my greencard. I am thinking of changing the company who is much bigger employer and willing to pay 1.40X. Will that be a problem?
I would appreciate if somebody can provide their comments. I need to make decision soon.
