Hello Friends,
My salary has been reduced by 36% due to the economy from the time my LC was applied and I-140 got approved. Please clarify below questions
1. I have asked my employer to provide me salary slip before the CP interview ( for atleast 3 months ). He has said ok for that. For how much duration we should carry our payslip for the interview?
2. Still my employer has agreed to provide me employment letter for the original salary. is that ok?
3. I shall be taking tax returns for the interview. what if the interviewer ask about the reduced annual pay in the returns ?
