Salary Range for Filing Labor Certification

I am currenlty on H1B visa and my employer is ready to sponsor Labor Certification for me. My salar is $30,000 per year. In Dallas Texas, the minimum wage limit for Comptuer Specialist is $28,000 according to Labor Department.
Does my current salary is enough to apply for Labor certification?
