If I get a raise (cross fingers) is it going to affect my pending LC application? (same job, same position, just a raise in salary).
 
No, you should be fine. Regular raises are not a problem as long as they are in the "band" of salary mentioned in the LC. Your attorney should keep track of that and let you know if you are heading for trouble.
