Salary more than in Labour

Can we take more salary than in labour. Labour was filed two years back so in two years if we get around 15% rise is that fine.
 
Be happy man, you got quite a fat raise!

Many of us got 30-50% cut in last couple of years.
Anyway, you should be fine if you are still with the same company and in a similar position as stated in your labor petition.
