salary lower by 5.2% from labor case now in NVC about to go..

Cpgurus please clarify
my salary is lower than the amt mentioned in labor by 5.2% anually. I heard some people got away with it ....when they go for interview in chennai. What are my chances. company does not want to give a letter with higher salary mentioned in the letter...want to go with what I get....is that okay...will I have problem....:confused:

You should be alright. 5% is not a significant drop. If you can get a letter from your company saying that you will be paid the wages mentioned in LC after you return with GC, you will be perfectly safe (that wage is for future job anyways). Even otherwise, dont lose your sleep on it.
 
Nothing to worry about....

My salary was less by 10% my employment letter did not even mentioned anything about salary.
I completed my interview at July 24th and POE on august 11th, i did not face a single problem at the interview.
 
mine is 30% lower.

is that too much? a serious problem? i'm waiting for interview letter. what should i prepare?:(
