hello,

Sorry for posting in the wrong section.but i need your help.My former employer is not willing to pay my salary , as i have changed company.I have given an official two week notice and my resignation. The end client has paid for my work, but my company( former ) and middle vendor is not willing to pay. WTF.

What is the best solution??

How much would it cost for an attorney??

Or will my complaint to Dept of Labour will bring these guys to the right path??

so many questions??

Any insight is greatly appreciated.

Tell'em u'll send a letter to INS and notify them that they make money on cheap consulting services. That'll straighten'em up.
