Hi CP Guru's,
Here i am getting 60K where as my labor approved for GC was 73 k.
is it Ok for me if i show paystubs for 60 K while CP Interview.but my employer letter should state that they will pay 73K once my GC approved.
my H1 got approved based on 60K.so my employer is paying that money.
there is more than 15% different to my current salary and LC salary.
what is ur suggestions?
In the employer letter do i need to mention the salary which i am getting or theh salary which LC was approved.
which salary should i write in I-134 affidavit form for my spouse and daughter
