Salary in LC, how long should it be maintained?

Since the time my labor certification was approved, I was paid exactly the amount of salary that is mentioned in the LC. My lawyer told me it cannot be less than that amount. Then concurrent I-140/I-485 were filed, after 181 days I stopped working for the sponsoring company, and after 9 days moved to a new company with the same job. Since the filing of 140/485 till the end my salary was the same as in LC, with the exception of the last month when I took a week off without pay. As a result, my last paystub (monthly paystub) has about 25% less than what is in the LC. Now I am being asked to submit paystubs for the last 3 months, and that month is included.
Do you think this could cause a problem?

Thank you.

No not at all. There are so many posts in this forum which discuss this topic and they say that the salary need not be same, but should only be within some range. And in my opinion, no one is going to question why a paystub has lesser salary in it.

Thank you RoaringBull, that is encouraging to know. My lawyer doesn't like to answer my qustions and I am left to find out on my own

GC is for a future job and not the current one. The employer is expected to pay the salary listed on the LC only when GC is approved finally and you accept that job offer. So it does not matter what your current salary is. However, your current salary maybe tied to your current H1 status, assuming you are in one, where it should match the range in your LCA.

I see, if that is true then my lawyer has been telling me a different story. He specified that I shouldn't have a lower salary. The LC salary is much higher than the one required by H1.

What if the employer doesn't have any offers when the GC gets approved?
