Salary got delayed

Hi, guys:

The salay has been delayed since last month in my company and my salary is lower than the prevailing wage(5%). My Rd is Oct. God! I wander what kind of RFE I may get. Is anybody on the same ship as me?
 
No sweat

GC is for FUTURE job.. Salary is applicable to that future job.

In case of RFE, all your company has to say that they are paying you x now and will pay x*(1 + .05) when the approval is received.
