Salary for I140

About me:
Came to US on H1 during 2001 and still with the same employer.

My NJ based employer is trying to file I140 for me by substituting a 2002 EB3 LC he got.

Please find below my yearwise W2 details.
Year Total Salary
2001 16K
2002 11K
2003 50K
2004 58K
2005 60K
2006 72K (Expected)

Since I am having very low salary in the year 2002, is that going to be a problem in I140 or I485 stages?, if so how to overcome this?

Your advice will be very much appreciated.

What is the salary on the LC ? If your employer has enough income to cover the delta you are fine.

Salary mentioned in LC is 80K.

On the best case my salary may cross 80K for the year 2006.
My concern is does the huge difference between the salary mentioned in LC and my salary for 2002 is going to give any trouble?

Not really. Unless your employer does not have any thing to prove that they can pay you with 80K in 2002.
