salary difference when using AC21

I am thinking of changing job. My application is pending for more than 1 year
and 140 was approved. The only concern is difference in salary. My current salary is 20% higher than that listed in Labor. The new job will add another 20%. So the difference is bigger than 40%. Is this going to cause problem?
