Salary difference more than 80%

I have a new job offer to take up and which pays more than 80% of what we have posted on my Labor Certification. Wondering if I take up the new job will it effect my GC processing? Any comments or suggestions are appreciated. Thanks a lot.
 
I am also in the same boat

I am getting an offer where I will get raise of 100% of my current salary. Please help.
 
AC21 law does not say anything about Salary or location. It deals with only same or similar job. I heard of few I-485 approvals long back where the salary was more than 100%.

It all depending upon the officer who looks your case.

Hi,
few days back (may be 10 days back) a person specified in the forums that he got approved where his salary is MORE than 100% when compared to LC. So I don't think we need to worry about the salary difference being big as long as Job Title/Job Skill Set is same w.r.t LC.

My Salary is 100% more compared to LC and my lawyer and the lawyer of the client where i took offer said it is ok to take the offer and I took it.

My attorney said as long as Skill Set is same, we are ok to use AC21
