salary change since i 140, please answer :(

My salary has increased significantly since I filed I 140, i140 approved with salary say I, current salary 1.3X. its been 7 months since I filed 485 and I am getting worried if this will cause a problem.

Salary increase is never a problem and you can state your current salary going forward. The only thing is it should not decrease below the INS norm for your position

Salary increase is not a problem so long as the job description does not change. I consulted with my Lawyer on this and that was their response.

So long as your job description does not change it should be okay. I consulted with my company\'s lawyer and that was what they told me. (I had to do this before accepting a promotion)
