my current salary is less than what was used for LCA. my lawyer said i have to get a letter from my employer to confirm they will pay me the salary on LCA upon the completition of greencard, which is supposed to be the date of the interview.
but i saw some people said it's not a big deal. the salary on LCA is for future job.
so my question is: when is this "future" coming? isn't it supposed to be the interview date? does this really matter?
